If you order online there is an option to tell us that you would like to pick it up from our London Showroom. If you are doing this because you need your design quickly please phone us on 0207 359 4977 to make sure it's in stock. We can do same-day engraving but it depends on how busy we are. Any order can be picked up from our London Showroom (however you need to let us know):

We also need to see proof of purchase and personal ID. We do this to protect our customers from credit card fraud. Most of our orders are not ready until after 5.00 pm on the day of collection. However, if you need your order earlier please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
